All services are educational and supportive in nature.

NCLEX® prep and tutoring are educational services only
Life coaching and support services are not therapy or counseling

Eligibility and User Responsibilities

By using our services, you confirm that:

Registration, Payments, and Access

Course Access

Live and on-demand course access periods are specified at the time of purchase
Access automatically expires at the end of the stated period
No extensions or rollovers are guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies vary by program and are disclosed at registration.

Unless otherwise stated:

Fees for digital content, on-demand courses, and completed sessions are non-refundable
Missed appointments or sessions may be forfeited without refund
Rescheduling policies apply to tutoring and coaching sessions

All content provided by Legacy Nurse Prep & Life Coaching—including course materials, videos, worksheets, graphics, logos, and written content—is the intellectual property of Legacy or its licensors.

You may not:

Record live classes or coaching sessions without authorization

User Conduct

Disrupt live classes or sessions
Share login credentials or course access
Harass, abuse, or disrespect instructors, coaches, or other participants

Legacy reserves the right to remove participants or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Results Disclaimer

NCLEX® exam success
Licensure, employment, or career outcomes
